We've worked for Eliteness Cleaning Maid Service of Athens for three months. It's always the highlight of my week! Everyone is kind and professional. The main office responds quickly. The company's overall organization is well-organized. We will continue to use them as long as we reside in a region they serve.

For many days our kitchen and kitchen area was unclean. Then I called the cleaning team. They did a great job and made our kitchen look clean.

My cleaner was great. I was a little surprised that they sent only one person for 3 beds, 2.5 bath home. The website wouldn’t load all the details of what was included so I had to email. No one responded. I then had to call where the gentleman proceeded to be abrasive and have an attitude. It’s unfortunate because the cleaning was good and thorough, but responsiveness and customer service were lacking. I likely won’t use again because of this.

Monica seemed a little upset that they couldn’t quite get everything she wanted done done due to the excessive amount of pet hair, but my house hasn’t been this clean over 5 years. She walked me through all services and helped me navigate all that would be best for me without being pushy! Upon arrival, Shalonda got straight to work! I have a industrial loft with mid high beams, I could eat off of them after she got done! The attention to detail she had made me feel beyond comfortable and left me questioning if I’m as clean as I thought I was!
