The Florida Aquarium

In the "Bays and Beaches" exhibit, animals like horseshoe crabs and seahorses show how different the landscapes are along Florida's coasts.

For many people, the best part is the huge "Coral Lagoon" show, which has a wide range of marine life like sharks, eels, and a huge variety of tropical fish. When you walk through the acrylic tube, you'll be surrounded by the fascinating underwater world while sharks swim above you. It's an amazing experience that you won't forget soon.  The Florida Aquarium isn't just a place to learn about and see the underwater world; it's also a place to teach and protect it. There are a lot of hands-on exhibits and teaching programs for people of all ages, which helps spread the word about how important it is to protect our seas and marine life.

Consider taking a "Behind the Scenes" tour if you want to do something unique and memorable. With this special chance, you can go behind the scenes and see how the zoo takes care of its animals and makes sure they are healthy.  After looking at the different exhibits, you can take a break and eat at one of the restaurants on site.
